Instagram DMs
When someone comments a keyword on your post, or messages you one, Cognition7 starts a conversation, asks the questions you choose, and adds the lead to your CRM with a next step.
Instagram is not connected
You need an Instagram professional (business or creator) account linked to a Facebook Page.
