Upload a Word, PowerPoint or PDF master. In Word and PowerPoint, type {{placeholders}} where content goes — like {{client_name}} or {{executive_summary}}. Everything else — layout, fonts, sizes, colours — stays exactly as you designed it, in every document.

Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF. A PDF with fillable fields is filled in place; any other PDF is used as a letterhead that your letters are written onto. Either way your design is never redrawn. Your own templates are included from the Professional plan.
